This is an excellent trampoline! Grandkids and adults are having a blast. Set up was not too hard, follow the instructions exactly. I recommend that you have at least 2 or three people. We found having a person under the mat to help install the rods was by far the easiest. Looking forward to many happy hours of fun and exercise.

This is our family's first trampoline that we bought for our 3 young daughters (and dad, too!) We knew it was a good trampoline after seeing our friends' and watching some videos online. Wow, it's a great trampoline. I set it up 90% by myself in 2 1/2 hours. You definitely want to watch a bit of video and follow the instruction booklet exactly and it's quite easy. The safety mesh is invaluable and the bounce is as good as I expected. I expect to have this set up in our yard for many years and fully believe it will last. I would recommend Springfree to everyone. It's worth the money.

My family recently purchased this trampoline and were told it took 2 hours to set up. After countless hours of work we were still unable to get it together. The rods are extremely difficult to get on even with the plan, and the safety net continuously got stuck around the main bar making it very difficult to pull up. If you decide to get this trampoline I would highly recommend getting it set up by them. It will save you a lot of sweat and tears!

This was a huge investment for our family. I was pleased with the continued interest that my kids have in the trampoline. My biggest concern was when we went to set back up the trampoline from winter storage, that there were 4 rod holders that were broken when we tried to install the mat rods. When I spoke to the springfree customer service representative, it was explained to me that this is a manufacture defect. It is possible that there was a bubble in the plastic when it was made, thus causing the rod holder to be weak and break. I was told to submit a warrenty claim, and will do so as well. I really hope that more rod holders will not continue to break. My two kids are little, and there is never ever an issue with over-weight on this trampoline. I was disapointed with this discovery of the broken rod holders after only a short amount of use last year. I really hope that more rod holders will not continue to break. Thank you.

Bouncier than our older spring based 12 foot trampoline. Our is the 11 foot rectangle and the kids say this is bouncier and larger. Not too hard to assemble. take your time, watch the videos, and it will go well. Struggled with the netting as it was very snug. We detached one corner of the mat from the rods, then went to another corner to pull the mat over top of the mat, then re-attached the rods. This was not documented but I felt it was necessary.

3 kids 17-14-7.Changed old rusty springs trampoline for this one.Thinking it was a bit silly to pay that much at first but safety in mind made the difference as kids could find themselves with a leg under the cheap mats and between springs with the old one. What a great product! The quality difference is HUGE. It is by far safer as no body parts can get stuck anywhere. The quality of the materials are a world apart from the others. Keep in mind it is STILL a trampoline, so kids can get hurt by going in the air and having a bad fall (turning their foot or wrist for example, or hurting each other if they jump at the same time, which is no recommended). That's the activity's risk that parents have to manage. But the material part of the safety is assured in our backyard now. Very happy customers!

We've had our S155 for a few weeks and have enjoyed watching our three and four year old jump, fall and jump again. The comfort in watching them jump and know they are safe was worth the investment. They have no problem getting a good jump and fall against the net, laugh and jump again. The hours they spend and the smiles they share have justified our purchase. Adults and teens have enjoyed as well. Thank you springfree.Note: The set up was tough so keep at it, it will be worth it.

Great trampoline! Much better than the spring style trampolines. Looks a lot nicer.Assembly took approx 3 hours (one person) ....it was a little tough getting the rods in place, but other than that it was pretty easy.Kids are loving it !!

great product! Would have been helpful to know which side up when laying out on floor. colour code is great, but would add the direction of upright posts

Our four kids love this trampoline. It has great bounce for our four year old as well as our 14 year old. The safety of the enclosure is a welcome change from the spring type trampoline. The Springfree Trampoline is well worth the price.

This is the best thing we've ever purchased for our 4 year old son.All the kids in the neighbourhood come over every day to play on it.It's extremely safe, extremely well made and just plain fun!Way to go Springfree!!And, by the way, setup was a breeze!!!!

We purchased the large square version (S113) for our three children and we are so glad that we did. Firstly, assembly was not that difficult at all as long as you follow the instructions very carefully. Using the illustrated technique of using body weight to insert the fiberglass rods made that part of the installation fairly easy and straightforward. Now that it has been installed, not only are the kids having a world of time (and safe too), but so are mom and dad. We are extremely pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend any of the Springfree Trampolines to any of our family and friends. In fact, we have had it up for only a day, and the neighbours have already decide to purchase one for their own backyard. Here's to bouncing around for the next many years!

My 11 year old daughter has wanted a trampoline for a number of years and I always been resistant due to safety issues. Then I came across your Springfree. After much thought, we purchased one this year, and all I can say is: "You make a great product!" The quality in materials is evident, and the design makes it safe for kids as well as adults to use. The square design also seems to allow for a greater number of "sweet spots" on the trampoline -- wonderful bonus when more than one person is jumping. The set-up definitely required two people (better if you have more). Besides jumping on it, the kids love to sleep on it at night with their sleeping bags. I can't wait until you create a tent as an addition for the trampoline! Would buy it in a second :-)
