product is good. Was delivered and left at the front of the house when during online purchase I wrote a note of instruction for the delivery guy to call either myself or my wife so we could put it away. It's an expensive thing to leave on the front step!

What a smart idea that these trampolines receive UV testing, and they go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure their products can withstand even the sun! This is a pet peeve of mine, and a huge reason why I don't already have a trampoline, so this is a huge bonus for me!

I would have liked to have known that the FlexRHoop is attached before completing the trampoline set up. We now need to take down some of the poles to set up the hoop. Otherwise, we love the trampoline.

After a bit of work to set up the trampoline( the tension rods were a bit of a challenge), it has been enjoyed by everyone. I feel safe with the children bouncing on it, one at a time. The safety net has already shown to be superior. I just hope that the winter weather when it comes does not affect it.

We love the trampoline n the kids....excellent product highly recommended. The only complain is that we had it less then a month outside and already noticing rusting on the frame...didn't expect that especially for a product so well designed and price that we paid.

We bought this as a combined gift for our 6 and 4 year old boys. They absolutely love it. It is safe and fun.Assembly was a bit tricky - but in the end it was very well organized and made a lot of sense.
