I am very confused about why I still am receiving emails about a delivery order received when all that was shipped to me was the impressions kit, and it was already returned.

"Shopping Experience" ok so far. The proof will be in the end result. Since I haven't started, their email asking for my opinion seems premature. Hope they let me give my opinion once the process is over.

Price. Willing to give me a discount when I asked since I didn't want the whitening gel. Were persistent telling me about specials until I made a decision. Other companies gave up emailing me.

I received my aligners last week. From my first contact with SmileLove everything went just as promised.
I had a few questions during the process, David and Spencer always responded promptly, even on weekends.
I love my aligners, great company to work with!

I first tried another company...it was a nightmare, never got aligners, just a lot of lies. It took over a month after trying to get my money back to actually get it, I contacted SmileLove the next day and could not have made a better decision.

My shopping experience with Smilelove was excellent start to finish. I have my aligners now and I have to say they really are excellent quality - truly clear and thin to make them less noticeable than others I have seen. Why Smilelove
There were a lot of negative reviews out there for other home-direct companies. I chose Smilelove because I wanted better customer service and a great product to straighten my teeth. I considered using Invisalign, but it was out of my budget and I also move around a lot, so I knew that would be a problem when trying to choose or change orthodontists Midway during treatment. Smilelove was the most affordable option and I knew moving during treatment wouldn't be a problem.
