I love the fact that they worked with me to find a plan but their customer service needs work. When I sent pics of my impressions looking for feedback, it took hours for them to get back to me sometimes. Also, I assume some of their emails are automated and it seems like they get sent accidentally sometimes - when my trays actually shipped I got two emails about how to do impressions. Also, they were a day off in the shipment tracking (said it would be delivered on a Friday, was not delivered until Saturday).

I shopped around for quality and competitive pricing. After much investigation, I decided to give Smilelove a try. I was skeptical at first because I'd never heard of the company. But when I began to receive quick responses to ALL my questions, my anxiety settled. The impression kit came as promised. It had trial clay for practice molds. I passed my mold test the first time because I followed the advice on instructions and listened to the advice of Customercare.
