excellent quality device, fit is perfect for kids heads - even sitting firm & snug for dancing. can't make these loud whatever the input - and quality of sound reproduction is great (clarity is important for training ears for music, and language)

website worked fine, however I suspect something went wrong in customs, because large headphones were not in package (just the small ones and the case for the large ones).

Great Service
I emailed to find out the estimated delivery date and within an hour I heard back. Turns out Amazon said it was fulfilled but it was never shipped. Puro support issued me a replacement and I received it 3 days later. Very quick response and handled the issue in a timely manner!

awesome headphones
I ordered the tan colored headphones. I got them for 80 bucks using a promo code cause the original price would have been too expensive for me. So glad I did purchase them the battery life is awesome, they are light weight loud and most of all cute!

pretty good actually - cups could be bigger
overall sound quality is incredible. for the most part i would agree that this product is quality - the cups could be a little bigger to maybe enhance the quiet side of the headphones. the noise cancellation is not great at all. I got them on a discount and would not pay full price.

These headphones are no good
I can barely hear anything. I've tried adjusting the volume every possible way, but the sound is so low I can barely hear it.
