Cigarette odor emanating from the ear phones.

Fantastic Warranty Support
It took us awhile to realize that one of our children's headphones had been defective (we thought they were just very delicate - but then it dawned on us that the other pair we owned was not delicate at all and held up quite well.) While we were questionably within/outside the 1 year mark, Puro so kindly replaced the headphones. And promptly! We are thrilled to have them for our boys first trip to another continent!!!

excellent customer service
I suffer from hearing loss from attending too many loud concerts as a teen, so I jumped on the chance to prevent this if I can in my own children. We got wireless headphones for each of them, but what surprised me was that they preferred just plugging them in. One pair stopped pairing wirelessly and my son had chewed the cord so that was no longer an option, but Puro replaced them even though it was past the year warranty and threw in a new cord, too, free of charge. I often wear them myself and think they are very comfortable, easy to use, and the sound quality is great. I highly recommend giving Puro a try.

These headphones are awesome for music!
These headphones are great. They don't drown you in bass frequencies, and they produce a rich, harmonically pleasing sound. The battery lasts for a suitable length of time, the controls are simple and intuitive, and they hold tightly to your head which makes them feel secure.

There are two things that I would point out, but they don't affct my score because the music listening experience is so exceptional.

1) I am an adult with a fairly average sized head. I have these at their maximum extension and they just BARELY fit. Good for me, maybe not so much for someone with a larger head than mine. It'd be nice to see these offered with just a little more extension.

2) The audio quality is subpar for phone calls, in my opinion. I'd rather take them off and use my phone itself. Not a big deal, because I bought these for music first and foremost, but worthy of noting.

Fast and efficient.
I went to the Puro website because amazon did not have the item I was looking for. I'm glad I went directly to Puro. I received the headphones lockett split and my granddaughter is thrilled.

The head phones are wonderful
The head phones are wonderful and are way over the top, even from the advertising and claims. I may also buy a pair for another party in my family to be able to walk around our home and enjoy the music plus be on stand by to answer and be able to talk using the wonderful Puro true head phones . The Wi- Fi is strong and the sounds are so clear . Thank you Bill Watson .

Puro wireless kids headphones
Christmas gift for 7 yr. old grandson. Loved reading all the reviews and totally agree that these headphones are the best. Although they have wireless capability they also come with wires so able to use with kids leap pads etc. Grandson liked that they blocked out the noise in the car from siblings and radio playing. With noise cancelling he did not have to turn the volume up very high, great for young ears. He especially liked the case it came with. Great product, made very we'll.
