I emailed 2 questions to Customer Service. Received answers w/in 24 hrs from Drew who included a recommendation for which Protalus insole would be beneficial for me.

Both feet feel good using these insoles; so does ankle & knee. Gave them 4 rather than 5 stars since I would like to re-eval after 2 or 3 months.

These are perfect. I've had no problems adjusting to wearing these right away. Looking forward to getting more. My knee and foot pain has all but disappeared.

I like protalus a lot. The inserts feel more solid and high quality than the $400+ custom inserts my podiatrist had me order. The only negative I have is that I have very high arches and I feel like the protalus inserts just barely support them, it would be nice to have more solid support for my arches.

These are awesome! The only problem is even though I wear an 8, i should have gotten them either a 1/2 size or full size down. They only fit in 2 of my shoes.

I received them but had to return them...My one foot is in a degenerative state and I have many spurs and large in heel, so they just didn't work for me. Plz let me know when you credit my account...Thank You

The cost is simply exorbinant and then the instructions indicate you should be replacing them every 6 months?! Part of me is almost glad they didn't work out for us because we never could have afforded to keep getting them!

Caused rash/athletes-foot type reaction on bottom of foot where insoles set! That being said, as far as leg/joint/back pain goes, there was a true noticeable improvement- too bad they made the skin on the bottom of my feet chunk off and leave raw open sores!
