If you are suffering from plantar fasciitis you have to try these. We were planning a trip to Disney World in my heels were killing me. I was on my feet for 12 hours a day and I couldn’t have done it without these inserts. I had two pairs of brooks running shoes and these inserts works great in either pair. I’m also now using them in some snowboots and I’ve ordered another pair for dress shoes.

I was skeptical at first if this would help my plantar fasciitis, but after about a month, it was MUCH better. The first set sent had an arch support that was too high & hurt my feet. After a month I e-mailed the company about it and they immediately offered to exchange them for a set with a lower arch, at no cost. Well done!

Love the heel support and cushioning. I wish the areafor pad of my foot was more cushiony. They are good tho pricey
