I am still trying to get used to them. My left foot is experiencing pain in my big tow and the inserts feel really soft and not firm enough for my feet. I'm still trying to work up to a full day but can't seem to make it happen. Not sure of what to do next. I do plan to call the company to see what my option are.

The website was easy to navigate, they said I wouldn't get them until November (ordered the middle of Oct) and received them two days later so that was great! I have only been able to wear them for about 3-4 hours at a time. I do still need to call the company to find out my options. I find them to be soft for what I need so hoping they have other options.

I've only been wearing them for a week but I can tell they are going to work out great! They're very well made. I purchased the ones where you take out your original insoles & I think they need a little more cushioning for my personal preference. So I put my original insoles on top of mine to make it a little more squishy.

It seems like these may be decent insoles. After a couple of weeks I still have to change back to my Walkfit orthotics after a few hours. I have alot of issues though so I assume it might take me longer than most people. I also wish I had ordered a 3.5 since most of my shoes are 3.5, 5, or 5.5.

My daughter was complaining about her feet hurting. I suggest and bought her the insoles. I heard from her about 2 days after she got them, raving at what a difference they’ve made!

I had bought a pair of Protalus and was AMAZED how well they worked for me. Two of the 3 I'm purchasing now are were gifts. I can not tell you how happy my coworker and my daughter are with their insoles. That can't believe how a simple product can make a huge difference. The pair for high heels are super amazing I was at a party on my feet for about 3 hours, ZERO PAIN! When I got home and took my shoes off my feet didn't feel weird or hurt in any way!! The Protalus insoles REALLY DO WORK! Thank you so much, from our happy feet to yours

Easy shopping and I love the discount. I've looked at these many times and now biting the bullet and buying. I am TIRED of painful feet from pronation, bunion and Mortons neuroma.

The prosthetic is not too different from others that are much less expensive. I've been wearing them for a few weeks now and don't notice a difference between the Protalus and Superfeet Green.

So far, I haven’t noticed much relief for my foot pain. It’s only been a week or so, so I will continue wearing the inserts and see what happens

This customer is very satisfied. I previously ordered a size 6 and it didn't fit in my shoe. I called and they said nip it to size, I did and snipped it too much. The company called me and when I told them what happened they sent me a half size smaller free of charge. Wasn't expecting that at all. Customer service is wonderful even though I snipped it too much. Thank you!

I'm not exactly sure how I feel about these insoles. They started off feeling wonderful, but now I'm experiencing discomfort and have removed them. Debating whether or not to try them again.

I gave three stars for the insoles themselves; as I'm not sure I'm happy with them now. I ordered online and didn't work with a specific rep, so I can't say how the customer service was.
