The only complaint is the price. The insoles work better than any OTC I've tried. If they weren't so expensive I'd order several pairs.

Heel pain is still a problem.

I tried one of the supports last year and did not get the relief I thought would be similar to other comments. I'm having even more pain now, especially heel pain, so I thought I would give Protalus another try.

These are so thin that i didn't expect them to help at all. I have a neuroma and have not been able to wear boots or any kind of shoe with even a small heel. Thanks to this product I can now wear my boots comfortably again.

These insoles are pricey but this particular model has been the best thing for the plantar fasciitis/heel spur I have been dealing with for a solid year. I have tried visit to an orthopedic specialist, expensive new running shoes and insoles recommended by the doctor, taping my arch, pain patches, anti-inflammatories, physical therapy exercises, night splints...and I STILL have heel pain. My foot does feel better with these in my shoes. Hopeful that over time they will help this condition.

Horrible support. Thin as paper where you need it the most for high heeled shoes. Returned item. Expecting a refund.

Oline shopping easy. Product unsatisfactory. Shopped a well known brand Dr. Scholls (spelling?) and found more selection for more than a third less.

I haven’t tried these yet in my low heeled shoes. I was disappointed with the M-100 I ordered and was afraid these would have even less support.

I was really happy with the T-100 inserts. They worked very well in my hiking boots and reduced my knee pain when hiking. I was disappointed with the M-100, which I put in my tennis shoes. They were too long and rubbed against my big toe. I also felt pain when walking in them. They definitely didn't feel as supportive as the T-100. I haven't tried the H-75 yet. I was worried there would be even less support than the M-100.

Product is good, probably not something I would purchase again. Arrived quickly but with no information on how to start wearing them. I looked on website to see you should only wear them for a couple of hours the first few days. They are just OK.

Last year, I bought Protalus for my trainers. The new inserts for ordinary flat shoes, and the ones for heeled shoes means I can walk comfortably no matter the style of shoe I am wearing. Thank you, so much.
