This is the third and last attempt to get what I ordered. The first two times I ordered a projector it never showed up. Finally I received a refund for the full amount. But I would actually like the projector. And customer service is really annoying. The phone number never gives the opportunity to speak wth anyone. And emailing takes a while for a response. I was told that they would look into to where my order went to and why it never arrived and I was never updated on what happened to two missing projectors. One missing projector is understandable but two seems like someone is either stealing them or someone dropped the ball. I should get a discount for all the trouble if I ever get this one. Hopefully third time is the charm.

The only issue I had was there is a wireless adapter that I wanted and it told me that I had to call for it and when I did all I got was a recording. So now I will have to pay for shipping since the rest of my order was free shipping if I ordered by 9p

I ordered a Sept 2016 Model Vivrant G1 DVD LED Projector-2,700 Lumens Built in DVD Player-free carrying case with strap shoulder back i Feb 22,2017, as of yet I haven't received anything, I have called about 4 or 5 times, each time they tell me that the supervisor or manager will either e-mail or call me back, they haven't done neither of that, they keep telling me if I want to cancel to get my money back, but the reason I ordered was to get the projector, not to cancel or be giving the run around, this is why I am so frustrated, that I plan to let everyone know what kind of company it is and not to order from the company, if I don't hear from you asap, that will happen and I would like my money back if I don't get the projector.
