Very good purchase. So far, the build quality has held up and I don't foresee any issues. I run this unit every single day. Only thing I want to see are interchangeable headpieces with multiple disbursement options.

I love this diffuser. It makes my whole house smell amazing. I have used ones with water before and they dilute the smell of my oils. This does not and I love it so much. In this first week it is working well, I hope it does for a long long time.

I LOVE the diffuser. Used it every day since I received it. The house smells so good and relaxing. Led light is so nice for the evening time. Works as expected, perfect design, packaged very carefully so it does not break. Plus it had a sample of oil blend which smelll was divine. Thank you.

Order processed easily with e-mail order follow ups. Arrived quickly and was packaged beautifully. When I went on the website to register my product and initiate the warranty, the site had trouble accepting the model info. I emailed Organic Aromas and got a very quick follow up. They registered the product for me and advised that they were correcting the issue. Wonderful customer service!

I've tried every type of diffuser and the Raindrop Nebulizing Diffuser surpasses them all. Not only is it the most beautifully designed, it is the most effective and efficient diffuser. My essential oils last longer and the diffuser emits the greatest range of aroma with the least amount of noise. To top it off, Organic Aromas has the best customer service I've ever experienced. They stand by their product and warranty. I normally do not give reviews, but this product gets my highest recommendation.

I really love this nebulizing diffuser. It is SO powerful compared to diffusers that use water. I love that it can just fill up a room/most of my apartment. The noise is somewhat noticeable - a gentle purring - but I don't mind it so much! I only hear it when I'm going to sleep and it's silent in the room otherwise, the noise fades into the background. About four months after I had purchased my Raindrop diffuser, it had stopped working all of a sudden. I'm still not 100% sure where to attribute the problem to but I think it's likely it could have been due to me not cleaning it properly (be sure to let it dry ALL THE WAY before putting it back in, etc.). I emailed the company and they were kind enough to send me a new diffuser free of charge and referred me to more detailed cleaning instructions. I was really impressed with their customer service which inspired me to come over here and do a review! Overall, this diffuser is incredible quality and even on the off chance that something goes wrong or gets broken, the company is awesome at helping you out. So, if you've been thinking about taking the leap and are an essential oils enthusiast, I'd say just go for it!
