I like the TwistGuard function of these leads, but they do not last. As an electrician, I do a lot of testing and in the last 2 years I have bought 4 sets of these leads. They always seem to break at connection point to the probe. This is quite dangerous when testing for voltage as the break in the wire can't be seen. These leads may also appear to be working properly when testing for continuity, but it they are twisted in a different direction that continuity is lost providing intermittent readings.

Arrived quickly however it was DOA. Had to send it back to service to confirm it was DOA and then they request a replacement. Still don’t have it as there is no stock. Gladly update my review if/when I get a working meter.

Quick and easy process, arrived quickly, however, the item arrived DOA and you cannot simply get it replaced, it has to go to service for review and then they decide if they will fix or replace. Still no update on when it will be replaced as there is currently no stock. On the plus side, they do have chat which answers fairly quickly and they seem like they want to help, but I'm still out without a meter with no ETA on a replacement.

The fluke 177 DMM is perfect. Has all the key features that are needed for electrical diagnostic work. I was originally going to get the 179 but the 177 has pretty much the same features for a better price. I have owned fluke meters before and they really hold up well for the long run, i use them constantly. ( generator technician, engine driven welder technician)
