customer service at michael todd is amazing!!! the first soniclear i received was defective, and everyone i spoke to was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. was disappointed that i couldnt use the brush for over a month after i purchased it because original shipment took quite a while and the shipment of my replacement took a while as well. but im glad everythings working now

I would suggest saving your money an just purchasing the soniclear on its own. All the extra stuff isn't worth the extra cost to me. I actually really only use the soniclear and find everything sitting under the cabinet. My skin got a little inflamed after using it 2x per day. I cut it down to 1x every other day and notice less inflammation and healthier/cleaner looking skin. It is a good value if you actually end up using all the items. I guess I thought I would but realistically only need the wand.

My overall experience with Michael Todd was okay. I was happy with the delivery time. I received shipment as expected. The deluxe set I purchased didn't include the cashmere brush head or the infusion head. I purchased these brushes separately. Later, I discovered HSN has the deluxe set with these two heads for the same price. After I purchased the deluxe set and the additional heads, I received a promotional notice that the heads were on sale. In hindsight, I think I should have purchased the soniclear elite as a stand alone unit and the heads when the sale started. I am not dissatisfied with the product just not satisfied with the price I paid. I did have an issue with the battery not charging after the first 24 hours but it has resolved itself. My unit is working fine now and seems to be keeping it's charge.

I love this. The bristles on the face brush are the softest I've ever felt. It's amazing how easy everything is to clean. It's made my skin feel incredibly soft and look renewed and fresh.

I love that the items include detailed descriptions of what is included and what they're used for. Ordering was a breeze. I'm hoping that I like the products as I've heard so many good things.

I have very dry skin naturally, so when I first started using it it made my face freak out and get more blemishes. But now, I use it really gently and apply lotion afterward, and it works great!

I never write reviews but I'll recommend everyone to get this. I've tried so many cleansing brushes in the past, and they've all been too harsh for my sensitive skin. This is perfect for my skin and within a week of usage, my skin was glowing and looking brighter. I love my soniclear!!!!!!!
