I love Michael Todd products; however, I've noticed a decline in the packaging on many of the products that is disappointing.

Love, Love this product! Packaging not the best though - stops working. And the product separates as a result. I have to stir it everytime with a q-tip to ensure it stays mixed.

Love Michael Todd product!! Price could be more affordable, or offer more sales or incentives, but DO NOT want to see the products changed. And what about hand lotion??

I have quite dry skin and this product, while amazing, doesn't give me the level of moisture I need. So great for people with normal or combination skin although and smells delicious!

I love this moisturizer a lot. The only thing I noticed was that the consistency seemed to be different from the travel sized one. It also looks more oil based than the trial size ever did.

This is my first experience with a defective product and customer service. I did realize early in the process that phoning the company is probably not a good option; voicemail and no call. I did, however get a quick response through email. I was surprised that I was expected to pay the expense to send the defective product back in order to get a replacement. I questioned and was then told I could take a photo. I do not know if that will resolve the issue as of yet. I have been very happy with my past experiences with Michael Todd. I had read reviews that mentioned issues with the packaging and almost didn't order one of the other products, but I had never had issues with the Liposome Anitox Moisturizer before. It is my favorite moisturizers so I am hopeful that the company will make good on my purchase.

I have become a big Michael Todd customer! Products are terrific and seem to work well. I am trying to get away from the toxic chemicals that are put in so many other facial products. So happy I found Michael Todd! I also appreciate that there are great sales off and on throughout the year, though many of of the regular priced products are reasonable. But shows the company is thinking of those who must be budget conscious. Glad I can order as I need too. Do not like those auto-shipment companies. Overall, very pleased with the products, service, and quality.
