Most of our products are purchased directly from the factory and manufactured there. They then ship to our warehouse in the United States. We've eliminated the middleman to offer you better prices.

Works like installing any toilet, it give you more room in tight rooms, this is the 2nd one i have installed.

The lady who helped me was nice and quick in communication. That's the only reason I am giving 3 stars. I ordered a toilet, and the first bowl arrived broken. A replacement was sent. Then the tank arrived and it was covered in glue from tape. I made mention of this and was told the warehouse tapes the tank for protection. No one should receive an item covered in glue. Put plastic or some other protection and then tape. It's not that hard. Overall, not happy with the purchase mostly due to all the glue I have to clean off. Unnecessary and easy to avoid.

I was expecting a two piece toilet with the tank portion all together and you attach it to the bottom. At least that has been my experience in the past. Not this one. It came with a large bag of plastic pieces that had to be installed into the tank then you put the two parts together. With all those plastic parts I am afraid that there will be wear and they will have to be replaced. Right now it is working good.

The toilet is just the size we wanted, and it works well. The plumber tried to fix it, but the seat is so flimsy that it will not stay straight. We are going to have to buy another one.
