Flood plains were redrawn in my county and I was required to buy flood insurance by my mortgage company. Landers found me a reasonable policy and had it bound the same day I called in. Great customer service, would use them again.

The agent was able to answer many questions about condominium association insurance to my satisfaction, and offered optional earthquake insurance. The quote for regular insurance was well below what we were paying. As we are just starting with Travelers, it is too early to say whether we are satisfied with any claims adjustments we may have, or annual rate increases.
