I worked with Jodi to obtain Homeowners and Umbrella insurance for the new home my husband & I are moving into in 2 weeks. She was so friendly, helpful, patient and professional, taking her time to address all of my questions and concerns. She also saved alot of money over our current insurance carrier, as well! Debbie was awesome. With little to no notice, she got our insurance quote to us in less than an hour. It had to be shopped and she got us an extremely competitive rate. She also shared some other useful tips and valuable information on our policy and coverage. I called her late Friday afternoon when she was planning on leaving for the day. She changed her plans and stayed to make sure the property we had closed on that day was covered.

I contacted Lander's Insurance regarding a commercial insurance need my company had for an apartment complex. I also contacted three other companies. I spoke with Debbie at Lander's Insurance and I must say that she represents her company well. Not only was she able to save me a tremendous amount of money for my insurance need but did so in a professional manner with a quick response and detailed explanation associated with my questions. I had a completed and agreed upon policy within 24 hours. We need more companies like Lander's Insurance and more accountable people like Debbie.

The process was complicated by being passed off to three different agents of Lander Insurance. However, the last agent took the ball and got it done quickly. The time it took to place the policies left me no opportunity to get more comparative quotes. In the end the policy for the rental property was higher than the initial quote and I had no option but to accept due to time constraint.
