Alex Ceja was very informative as I asked several questions about going beyond the $49 maintenance he was scheduled to do. He showed me the parts, discussed life of the equipment and safety issues and we opted for new equipment because of his knowledge and professional way of explaining things.
He was very polite and pleasant too.

He charged me $526 on the invoice but when on my credit card, it was 562. I called yesterday to get this changed. If I don't hear back from anyone, I will have to do a credit card dispute.

Garage door installed a day late. No problem for me. Used outside contractor who was pleasant which was not a problem for me as I think they did a good job. They were in a rush and did not clean up after job which was not a big problem for me as I had my gardener do it the next day. However I have called five (5) times right after the install to have a simple but important question answered and they never would return my call. Highly unprofessional.

Was told Alex will arrive in a 2 hour window and Alex (service emp) let me know the exact time and he was prompt. Very personable, went over the garage door and components in detail. Explained the problem and took the time to show me what was the issue.

very pleased with Alex (wish i knew his last name), and will refer as many people as possible to use precision

Our model ads-800 was installed 5/18/2015, and worked perfectly until 4/17/2018, when it went completely dead. I had closed the garage door at about 3:30 PM, and my wife arrived at about 4:00PM, and the door would not open. I checked power sources, outlets etc. The electrical outlets had power, but the unit would not respond.
When the tech arrived, he concluded the same. He checked with his office, as he had never had a unit with no apparent reason NOT to work. Initially I was told that replacement would cost $450 and I called BS on that. I said that the unit was installed with a "lifetime" guarantee that must have been a scam, as the unit was less than 3 years old.
The tech talked with someone again and he told he would replace it with a new unit for $150 service fee. I don't think I should have had to pay that either, but I did. He said they would return the unit to the Mfg to find out what caused it to fail. I would like to know myself what caused the unit to stop working.

Amanda from the office was very professional & friendly. My garage door would not go up & I was in a panic. Trent the service tech was great. He immediately saw the problem-broken tension springs & did the repairs efficiently. He was very personable & friendly. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage doors.
