The first guy who came out to repair my garage door stripped all the screws he drilled into tighten it and then just left and said it was OK and working perfectly. A week later another guy came out and said all the screws are stripped he attached the door again, and I was consequently billed for two service calls. I called and asked to be only billed for one since the first guy created more work and didn't fix it and I was told that there was no one in the office at the time and they would get back to be my noon the next day. A week later nobody contacted me and when I finally reach somebody, they had to send another guy out to see what the issue was and it took another week for me to get one of them refunded. The door still doesn't run as quietly or smoothly as it did before.

The service person showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem with my door's mechanism and offered several options and prices for replacing the motor and rollers. The explanations were clear. He then went to work and fixed things up in good time and order.

This garage door opener is far superior to my old Genie. The installer also oiled my squeaky garage door so it no longer makes an awful, screeching sound. That was great :)
