How can you send a survey on how am I enjoying my purchase when you havent even shipped it yet. I order it on Nov 20th. Its Dec 3rd. How long does it take to "process"?

Bought this for my grandsons birthday. You would have thought the actual person was standing before him, he was so excited, and can't wait to put it on the wall.

The day after we placed these on the wall they came down, put them right back up and it came down 2 days after that, they folded together so now they are no longer able to go back up, we have very little texture on the wall and It has fell off the wall two times now, very disappointed.
