Love my Cubs Championship Fathead. It's massive and it's so great to have a reminder of such a historic win! I had some trouble with the installation and customer support exceeded all my expectations -- wish I could give 10 stars!

I purchased this for a game room is was renovating. I ordered it early just so I wouldnt miss out on it. 4 months after my order, I finished the renovation and put this on my wall. I woke up in the morning to find it had come off the wall and folded over on itself. I couldnt get it unstuck and was told that I was beyond the return period. I followed all of the instructions and recommendations and it seemed like it was stuck really well to the wall. Now I am out $100 and being told I would need to buy a new one.

Fathead was wonderful to work with, I ordered a huge mural from them and it arrived from the post office on my porch with the box opened and the product damaged in several places (we were home when they rang the door bell so we know it was delivered that way and not tampered with). I called Fathead and was able to speak to the nicest girl. She helped assist me with the easy replacement process, it was so easy in fact they have already finished my exchange/replacement and it is being shipped out this week. I am very impressed with this transaction and Fathead overall. I have ordered things in the past but had never had a problem until now and and very pleased with their customer service.
