HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE , you go all the way to Italy only to find out that at the counter they want to add 500 Euro's ( More than 575 US ) to your reservation because of an obscure European reg to have an INTERNATIONAL drivers license . IT'S A SCAM . We couldn't accept the additional UNEXPECTED FEE and walked across the hall to Avis , who rented us the same vehicle at almost the same price WITHOUT AN INTERNATIONAL driver's license . WE OPTED to purchase the damage insurance with unlimited coverage and zero co pay for 63.00 . Economy booking will hide behind some small print in the last of 22 pages of rules they have WHEN THIS SHOULD BE FRONT AND CENTER OF THEIR BOOKING PAGE WARNING CONSUMERS . I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN and we travel extensively . BE WARNED !

We arrived in cold Memphis making a reservation for 7pm - but they tell me there is a 2 hour wait time? This is horrible.

HORRENDOUS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Have scammers on here under Rental Car Companies that will take your money, change the booking afterwards and NO contact number to get a hold of the rental car company and also this website send your in circles when you call until they eventually hang up on you. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. SCAMMERS. DODGY

Paid partial money upfront to rent a truck. The car company called and said sorry we don't have any truck in stock now so had to cancel. That was December 26 and it is now January 11 and economy bookings still haven't given my refund. They keep sending emails stating we are investigating what happened. Will never book from them again and will never refer anyone to them.

Trying to change the booking dates, but you don't have any contact info available to be able to reach out to change the dates

All the booking procedure was so nasty.
There was not enough important information before the booking.
Cancellation procedure was like a cheating. I am not sure I can get my money back.
I will never try this car rental company again and will call the police and report the company as a scammer to protect other people.

Upon trying to pick up my rental car, they would not take my credit card but still charge me $535 but yet I did not get the rental car and they did not cancel my reservation

We booked a 3 day rental with Sixt in Portugal and had an easy and seamless experience - less than 15 min processing time for both pick up and drop-off, and no hidden fees. Thank you!

ho indicato guidatore giovane = doveva essere incluso nel prezzo ed invece no! voi vedete il prezzo, sembra che avete pagato tutto ma niente da fare - altri 60 euro (3 gg) x guidatore giovane... ho preteso che mi rispondessero in modo dettagliato cosa include il prezzo pagato per evitare le storie - nessuna risposta. Attenzione - se volete optione "canellare gratis" loro hanno "protezione 25 euro" - io ho preso pensando della protezione x auto... invece era "protezione cancellazione" cioe cancellando riceverete - 25 euro...
sconsiglio assolutamente.

Options where simple to understand and very straight forward Overall booking experience was very good Like the fact that there wasn't too much information that had be selected to book a car

We had a very bad experience with your company. On 26th. Dec. when we planed to take our car, we were told that Ms. Wen Su is the driver with a driving licence but her credit card was not acceptable. Her husband Mr. Qiang Rong has no driving licence but his credit card could be used. The local car rent company in Palermo "Carmotion" talked with economy booking (Germany) and did not want to give us our car. The Carmotion wanted us to make a new contract to rent the same car. We had spoken with economy booking (Germany) by phone again. Economy Booking could not help but took the monay away from the credit card of Mr. Qiang Rong. So for the same car we have paid twice. This is not acceptable! In the phone economy booking said they would not take the money because the driver and credit card owner must be the same one person. At the end, economy booking lied.
