Very fast, very friendly, our dog even liked him and went up and licked him. The guy helped explain lots of ways to prevent it, where to buy our own break in tools, about the home insurance covering it, and that if it happens again repeat customers get a discount. Will deffinetly be saving the number in our phone if need in the future or future reference.

24 Hour Lockouts saves the day again! I locked my keys in my car when I was on my way to a meeting in which I had to give a presentation. I called 24 Hour Lockouts because of the response time the last time my wife called. The tech arrived in less than 15 minutes and opened my car in seconds. Made it to my meeting on time thanks to these guys.

I'll yell you what man, I had ole james come out because I locked the keys to my 68 cherry red mint as can all be CAMARO in the trunk. Now there's no access to that trunk. Unless you're James the man!! I had installed a fuel cell and james was smart enough to find the hole where I ran the gas line and was able to fish the keys out of the hole blind as a rabbit. It was amazing. Had there been a video of the entire thing it would surely be viral.
