After a HORRIBLE experience with another 'company' that I have since found out is a scam, I was nervous about accidentally getting them again, I asked a friend for a referral. Their answer was 'yes, we can be there in 6 hours' ?!? I took a chance and tried this site and 'held my breath'. 15-20 minutes later, I meet John. Besides being prompt, he was friendly and was through that locked door in minutes. I was comfortable with him in my house and I am grateful for that. I will absolutely recommend him/this site if I am ever asked.
