I worked with a woman named MONTA, and when she had worked hard and efficiently to find a wonderful flight path (a complicated one that aimed at as little travel time as possible while still at an excellent total price for us), i realized i had made a glaring mistake in my dates. Monta was not at all impatient nor snappy about that, as I would have been in her shoes. She immediately re-did the plan to fit my corrected error, and could not have been nicer and more helpful every step of the way. I purchased the tickets and received my confirmation number within no time at all. This was much faster and less expensive than if i had done it myself. It was like 'the old days' when we had real travel agents who knew exactly what they were doing and made travel easy. What a great booking experience and outfit. From now on we will use them and i will seek MONTA.

For this flight to Paris Dean was responsive and tried to attend to my concerns. I appreciated how quickly he got back to me. I was ultimately disappointed with the service United arilines provided though. I would advise the buyer to be careful which airline they select.

So far really, good service. I haven't taken my flight yet but from what I've experienced so far, I would be surprised if there were any problems. My Agent, Dean, already calling him My Agent, took his time with me and solved all my questions quickly and calmly
I've been traveling for many years and have lived overseas for 20 of those. I've had many bad experiences with agents in the past, so much so, that I usually do the work myself. I found dealing with Dean much easier then dealing with myself and he will be my go-to from now on.
