answered all my questions. gave good advise. very friendly. the only thing was not all products had what was in them. also as far as I can tell there is no instructions or charts telling you which if not all supplements should be adusted due to weight. I did ask and got my answer but just about BTT. I did not ask about the other things I purchased. Over all a good experiense. I'm sure I will learn the ropes as I go.
