it is very hard to order or to speak to someone for help. i have had the wrong product sent to me twice. but i do like the product tangy tangerine 2.0

Took a week to get it. Otherwise, OK.

Overall I am very pleased with the products, however, I find the drink too sweet for my taste. I mix the four scoops of tangy tangerine and the two scoops of the osteo with about 14 ounces of water and ice. It takes me about an hour to get it all down. I suppose if I were a sweet drink person it would be great but I don't drink ANY sodas nor do I put sugar or cream in my coffee. Basically I only drink water and black coffee.
Any suggestions to cut the sweetness would be much appreciated.

It is not easy to figure out what ingredients are in your products. They are not posted. Customers should be able to tell what they are ordering

I have spoken on the phone to someone at the office and they were very friendly and answered my questions. I like knowing there is friendly staff behind my purchases.

I signed up for autoship and was told that the price would be $20 per month, shipping included. I was charged $20 for the purchase, but another $6.50 was added separately on a later date. When it was time for my next autoship, I was charged $26.50. I wrote to customer service, and received an automated reply, but they never answered my email. If I could have given zero stars, I would have.

IT WAS EASY TO USE THIS SITE TO SHOP

I felt like I came back to life. I don't say that lightly, as my diet was so restricted, that I was probably starving to death. It took only a few days to feel like I had energy again. I have continued to take the 90 essential and the minerals twice a day. This took all the guess work out of trying to understand nutrition...which changed constantly and was very costly. I decided to leave it to someone much more knowledgable than myself, and someone whom I totally trusted in this field.
As a young adult, I also thought that our farm animals had their nutrition very well balanced for their individual needs. I wondered why they didn't have the same luxury for humans. Recently, I heard Dr Wallach say the same thing...I was so relieved! He's a brilliant man, and I'm glad he stepped up to the plate, and took the burden off. This has been an ongoing battle for me, since being sprayed with farm pesticides back in the 70's. (Agent Orange, to be exact).
I am very very grateful to him and his products. I know, by the way I feel, that I'm putting the correct fuel in my body.

The order processing was very good. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong product which I received yesterday, 9/22/15. I will contact customer service about their return policy. Thank you.
