Teapot took a lot longer to receive than had been promised... it was out of stock and online just kept saying "pending review," even after I had seen the purchase on my Visa bill and paid for it. Better communication would have been helpful.

I love the items available on your site. My granddaughters's first birthday is an Alice in Wonderland Theme party and I was able to fine her a precious Alice in Wonderland Tea Set. I'm so anxious to see it..and hope that it is something that can be treasured on her special birthday..

Item was ordered on July 25th and not received until August 11th. I did call and talk to someone about where the item was. It had not been shipped after two weeks. She said that if the item was not in stock I would have been called. She said she would get back to me. I was never contacted by phone or email. Next I emailed about the product not being received. I never received any reply. I was able to see that it was sent to UPS and that was it. Would no order again due to lack of communication and length of time it took to get the item. It was to be a birthday present for my sister-in-law that did not arrive anywhere near her birthday

Very easy to navigate through website. Had to call 866 number and had friendly person to deal with that helped me make my decision as I needed to get something that was in fact made in England. Very nice to deal with. Would use this company again if the opportunity arose.
