I attended the night before your LUIS MIGUEL concert. I am very dissatisfied because the concert started more than one hour late, different from the one that you scheduled and for which I scheduled my time, I had to leave the event at ten thirty at night because I already had another important thing scheduled in Orlando that is the place where I live and where I had to move to attend the concert organized by you. I consider this an infringement on the part of you I could not enjoy the concert and if I paid for it, my intention is to ask you to return my money, it just seems right.
