Although I think they are a little bit on the expensive side compared to other providers, I have found there support excellent.
The support desk is prompt, courteous and knowledgable and would have little hesitation in recommending them.

Support at Site 5 prior to its' sale last month was excellent.
Post sale it has been less than stellar.
However, Shelby, Dragan, Bogdan and Vasilicla continue to be excellent.

So far my experience of Site5 has been excellent. They're packages are very reasonable and they allow you to pay monthly. The customer service is of a very high quality. They provide very fast 24/7 support and were able to solve a technical issue for me on a Sunday in a matter of minutes, very impressive. Their staff are very knowledge and I even recently received advice relating to a third party issue but the advisor was able to give me information that helped me to resolve the issue. Overall very impressed with this service.

We are site5 customer since 2009, we have appreciated service reliability and features and above all the technical team support performance and reactivity ...
unfortunately after migration to the new platforme/company i realy dont know (confued), thing have changed!
we faced many technical problem after this forced migration, dns config was a night mare and we have to fix thing manually for all hosted account ...
by the time we was notified if something was going wrong, suspicious activity, web site hacked ... we faced a major attack on almost all hosted account, malicious file was uploaded, pishing activities, server ip is now mail blacklisted ... and we have received zero notification from site5!
really disappointed, do you need us(reseller) to leave? is site5 strategy changed by the time ?

I moved to Site5 upon recommendation of our new webmaster. The transition was very smooth. My customer service concerns were related to ensuring we handled the DNS transfers properly. The Site5 backstage is intuitive, powerful, and simple to navigate. Their communications are prompt, and customer service is exceptional. I run a non-profit agency and deal with many customer service reps regularly. Site5 has given me the best experiences so far. I highly recommend them without reservation.
