Of all the hosting providers I tried, all over the world, Site5 is by far the best
Years after my service subscription, I still think Site5 is the most valuable of my partners. They put in place a stellar customer support (I believe the best one I have ever experienced so far): you can contact them live via chat 24/24, so they are always (and I really mean always) there when you need. Team members are very professional and they guide you step by step to the solution, whatever the problem. In more than three years they solved to my best satisfaction all my problems, even when it was clearly my fault, or when it was not a topic strictly relevant to the service.
What always impresses me the most by the way, is the willingness to help me and their proactivity. Many times I found them working on a better solution to one of my inquiry that I considered already solved, so when they came back to me I could not have been happier.
Their offering is really a great value for your money and feature packed. I never had a problem related unsupported software or restricted feature.
As long as I decide to be present on the internet, I'm never going to change Site5 as my hosting partner of choice

Site5 is fantastic
Their services are very streamlined and easy to use. Unlike many other hosting services (not naming names, godaddy), the dashboard etc isnt cluttered and poorly organized. Site5's hosting has few problems, and support quickly resolves things when they do come up. I've used them for 3 years, and I don't plan on changing. Keep up the good work!

I love Site5's backend interface. I am a web developer and I can get access to my clients area without knowing any of their passwords (after they authorize me to do so, of course).
This makes managing clients and their sites dead simple. And this is on shared hosting not reseller, which gives my clients the ability to choose their own plans. Fantastic

I had what seemed like a tricky problem:
my site which was apppearing as "mangosteenjuicetestimonials.com" in the search engines and I wanted to add the "www." prefix, so it became "www.mangosteenjuicetestimonials.com".
After 2 days of researching, I still had no idea how to do that, despite checking at forums, etc.
Further, two "experts"(one whom I'd paid $100) had told me to forget about it altogether, because "it didn't matter" - and they were right, in terms of Google - but in terms of business, it was imperative that my site was named "www.mangosteenjuicetestimonials.com".
Site5.com fixed this distressing problem within a few hours (and to be fair I was away for much of that! - their component was actually about an hour), first trying with their support team and when that didn't work, with their technical team.
N.B.: I didn't have to re-explain my problem, the support team had briefed the technical team fully!
All in all, Site5.com provided a very satisfactory customer experience and I strongly recommend them for their sales & technical assistance.
As for their web hosting - well, there hasn't been a problem yet, which is, I guess, about as good a recommendation as anyone could give

I've been with Site5 for nearly 3 years now, and I must say they are truly superb!
With the few little hiccups I've had, support has always been quick getting the pieces back together. To anyone looking for awesome inexpensive hosting, Site5 is the way to go!

I have been using Site5 now for maybe 6 years or more
Now you don't stay with a company that long if they are not any good. Compared to the company I used before they are top of the mountain. Have no reason to look anywhere else as they tick all the boxes. Quality, costs and very helpful support. Site5 keep doing what your doing I'm happy.

I had a previous account which had lapsed and had not been renewed. Previous charges on this account were waived and I was allowed to sign up a new account.

Site5 is the best hosting company out there
Some companies maybe have a few dollars less on their prices or have lifetime free domains but with Site5 you get AMAZING support and I'd personally pay extra just for that. It's hard to find good companies with support staff that have both the expertise and the patience to solve problems at the speed oflight
