The battery pack is too expensive for the product, otherwise the product is good. The price of the battery pact makes purchasing the product a disadvantage, in spite of the advantage of portability of the product.

this tape is the best tape for use on a site that is taped over and over. It won't tear or irritate the skin. We could not do home hemo dialysis, easily, without it.

I placed my order on Jan.1 and allowed for the holiday weekend. I really needed the product by Jan.10. When it had not arrived by Jan.11, I called customer service. They resent? the order and I received it the next day. They said I might receive a duplicate order and if so would I send it back. The item was shipped from 100 miles away, so I really don't understand the delay. However, should I order from this company in the future I will use expedited shipping or some other form of ordering.
