Hospital initially set device. It worked just fine for a couple of days, but then the adhesive came loose thereafter because my skin wasn't prepped well enough and I had to use another one. The printed instructions on the package were SO SMALL I couldn't read them and had to guess how to use the device. While I did succeed in doing so, I didn't place it very well, and it's been uncomfortable because it pulls on my skin and has done so for a couple of days. I also have to repeat resetting the tabs every day as they come apart at night. I only had one more night before I could remove the catheter, so I didn't have the time to order and receive a new one to place it properly. I'll probably have to use the adhesive device again in the future, and thanks to this website I now have instructions in large enough print to assure proper placement and use of the device. One last thing: the small tab used to secure the device around the catheter tube is small and difficult for me, a senior, to use.

The Poiesis Duette Dual-Balloon is the most comfortable catheter I have used. It work just as a normal foley cath would except it has one extra balloon at the tip to inflate.

Larger than average, for its function, which is necessary for proper operation. Works as advertised, preventing spills without need of a cover to fumble with in the dark. Heavy gauge polyethylene as opposed to most urine collection bottles ... Makes it sturdy. Requires more rinsing in the morning than simpler urine collection bottles ... But more than makes up for it by trouble-free use at night. Relatively expensive but worth it, to me. Glow-in-the-dark-handle is a convenient feature. Very stable when set down flat.

I have tried just about all brands and find this to be the best at staying attached for longer periods. However since they have added the hard plastic mould cones I imagine to help protect the condomes, I have stopped using this brand. I find the catheters can stick to the plastic cones and I often have to throw them out. I also travel a lot a and find the bulkiness unexceptable. I wish they would give the consumer the choice between the old type and this new dreadful plastic cone type.

This one is much better than the others for the most part they stay on the longest others ive tried will only last the day but this one will stay on from 1-2 weeks.

So far, so good. 2nd day shipping estimate was considerably lower than actual rate. Roughly $25 for estimate, $47.49 for actual shipping rate. Having estimates closer to actual rates would be an improvement. Product shipped on time and arrived on time. Well packed. Exactly what was ordered. Pleased with the product quality.

I don't like new design as much as I did old, it causes me more pain and I have to change it more often. I tried to get the old ones from my supplier but they couldn't get them. sorry I have to have them but I do. I wish I could get the old style
