I found the whole process from ordering, to dispatching, to receiving the goods was exceptionally quick. If you needed to return anything, another item was already dispatched in its place before you even got to the post office. I found the staff were courteous and very helpful, and the products were always cheaper than anywhere else. Would thoroughly recommend natureshop.com.

Nature shop has been feeding my icebreaker addiction with great sales, fast shipping and great service.

As always with Natureshop the experience was easy and service was prompt with delivery in the time specified at time of ordering. Products are delivered in good packaging to ensure safe transport. Compré una chaqueta hace algún tiempo. Mi primera compra en esta pagina y mi segunda desde el extranjero.
El envio se demoró bastante más de lo esperado, sin embargo creo que fue tema del correo local, ya que estuvieron harto tiempo en una huelga legal.
Cada vez que me contacté por chat con la empresa, me atendieron muy bien y me dieron soluciones concretas con las cuales quedé siempre tranquilo. Al no llegar mi producto en el tiempo requerido me ofrecieron de inmediato el reenvio de otro producto. Luego de esto me ofrecieron devolverme el dinero. Pero, como yo quería la chaqueta, esperé un tiempo más y por fin llegó. La calidad, excelente, muy buen producto, nuevo y bien embalado, me llegó a la casa.
Muy contento con el producto y con las respuestas a los contratiempos; nunca te ponen en duda ni te cuestionan nada (lo cual es admirable).
Lo que si mejoraría del envio es que no tiene tracking number, por lo tanto no sabes donde viene ni que ha pasado con él.
de 1 a 10 les pongo un 9. Con una opcion de tracking number (aunque salga un poco más caro el envio, les colocaría un 10). Para finalizar, exelente los precios; sin comparación a comprar las cosas acá.
