Customer service was quick to respond to my questions after receiving my product. Product may not be the one that I expected, but customer service is trying to resolve my concerns. I am a repeat customer to the company.

When I placed my order, it was with a 3-5 working day delivery. I has been a full month and the only feedback I get is when I call in and get promised things that aren't happening. I have no idea if or when I will get my order!

I just bought my thrid projector from you. The first two just completely quit working after 16 or 17 months after purchase. We only use them a max of 2 hours a week at church. I thry to call, get your answer machine that cuts me off

If I unchecked Ship to My Billing address, it wouldn't pull up address box info to type in a different address, so I had to ship it to my billing address.
