I asked a question of a man named Isreal regarding accepting other brands of lashes toward the purchase of Minky brand eyelashes and he did not respond for quite a while and then proceeded to sign off on me.
Then I like this website on Facebook and was promised a coupon code. When I followed the directions I received some emails that had no such codes in them and I liked again on Facebook only to receive a 15% discount that had expired!

I love their product. It was a little odd when I called their customer service and when she put me on hold, it sounded like they were at someone's house, kids in the background, phone kept rustling around. Maybe put your customers on hold by hitting a "on hold" button so it's more professional? I work from home so I understand the background stuff. Aside from that, they were great addressing my questions and I will continue buying product from them.

I had to call in to make sure my products had been sent since I hadn't received an email notifying me it had been sent (I ordered Saturday afternoon and still hadn't seen anything since Tuesday). It made me pretty nervous since I needed it the next day....Also, I don't see that you have any micro-fiber sticks (brushes) to use with the gel lash remover, how is this done?
