No Help
After getting the wrong part based on the description, I had to wait 2 months to and send several emails and a phone call to finally get a RGA number to send it back. I followed all the instructions perfectly and sent the product back for a store credit. I waited another 2 months for a response but after several emails begging for a credit or the ri
ght part I never got any sort of response at all. I finally gave up and ordered the part from another supplier. I got the part and had my Hot Tub up and running in less than a week
