First time customer and purchase. I am extremely pleased with the prefessional deminor I have received from Airsoft Megastore. I received my order quickly and complete. When speaking to cusotmer service for assistance or questions, I was treated with respect and curtousy. The product I ordered was exactly what I paid for and expected for the money spent. One of the weapons I purchased was not working when I opened the box, upon calling Airsoft Megastore I spoke with a technician that was very patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Within minutes I was able to diagnose the problem and rectify the issue. This company has a large selection of weapons, ammo, accessories, and equipment one may need in the airsoft arena. I am very pleased with my experienc and will recommend this site to those who have similar interests. I will also use them again for future purchases!

1.) Shipment was originally made with multiple tracking numbers on the package. This resulted in a 3 day wait for the package to arrive at the UPS facility in Memphis TN only to be return to sender on account (another 3 day wait).
2.)Asked if expedited shipping was available on sender behalf since it was their mistake that delayed the order. They told me to place another order, pay for expedited shipping out of my pocket, and then they would refund the original order once it arrived back in house. This disregard is primarily the reason I will more than likely NOT do business with this company again.
3.) It took several days for the package to be reshipped after they received it again. Another 3days to Memphis once more, and then another day or so to my front door. So in all, the order was placed on 1/24/2011 and did arrive at my doorstep until 2/15/2011. 3 weeks for completed delivery.
4.) Once it arrived, the entire order was included and it was packaged acceptably.
5.) All of the products included in the order has functioned very well so far and are foreseen to be quality products (as I have only used them a few times over a week and a half time span so far).
6.) If expedited shipping was offered by Airsoft Megastore when they made the original mistake, then I would have nothing but positive things to say regarding them(and I would be returning for additional business as well). Since I was instructed to pay out of pocket to resolve their mistake, support\assistance is hard to get in a timely fashion since it is all email based, and it took 3 weeks for the process to be completely over with - I do not have any immediate plans to supply any more business (either personally or through referrals).

3 screws vibrated loose during shipping and 1 screw was lost through a hole in the box. Needing to reassemble a preassembled item...Not fun, without all the pieces....losing proposition. Either seal the package or seal the box.
