Great customer service! I ordered the 47515 with 2 day shipping, and a 47513 was shipped (still a very nice knife, but not the one I ordered)...but when I called, they were very nice, and apologized for any inconvenience it may have caused, and told me they would be sending out the 47515 that same day, and told me to keep the 47513 free of charge! They got my business in the future!
