Both items were not delivered together even though it was staed that this would happen. They were not delivered within the 10 day limit promised.
I contacted by e mail on 2 occasions for updates. Eventually, I phoned. An assistance said she would find out about delivery and phone me back; but did not. The 2 nd time I phoned( 2 days later) I was given the same response but explained my reluctance as nobody had rung back previously, however this lady did!
Eventually, when I contacted the local delivery company to confirm delivery day and vague time of delivery, their details did not match what I had already been told.
The products were what we expected,

Terrible customer serivce, funiture fine, although one piece of wooden bed frame arrived broken and unuseable, so I am waiting for repalcement...hopefully not another month, that's how long I had to wait for my initial delivery. Received 1 days notice of delivery, which where furniture is involved isn't good enough, as often you have to remove current furniture first. I experienced many problems so will not use this site again.

I ordered an Oak dresser from Furniture UK and the whole process from order to delivery was tracked and seamless. I was kept informed the whole time, and the delivery was when arranged. The finish on the dresser was excellent, and the packaging ensured total protection. I would commend this company to any-one interested in ordering furniture online.

So far - all good and phoning the customer service team was a good experience as diana was very helpful. Have asked for a specific delivery which they have said they will honour. So as long as it arrives on time and in one piece then I would thoroughly recommend this service.
