Since you are asking, I really can't stand that drop down window that pops up EVERY time I add something to my cart. It's completely unnecessary & a waste of time. Also, when you login it takes you to a blank page. It should take you back to the page you were on. Thanks for the sale! I'm glad I got a chance to stock up :D

I've had issues with past orders being held up for a backorder, and then didn't receive the item on back order until I called again, and now the promotion voucher I received wont credit my order.

I divorced last year and when checking out I was able to change the billing to the right name but not the shipping. (everything else is the same)

site very slow, pictures of products would not show up for all products, description vague, would not zoom sufficiently for me to see product so I did not buy everything I needed. Also it would not take my $5.oo gift voucher.
