Great Customer Service in ordering. I received 4-rolls of paper, 2-per box. The 2-24" rolls were damaged. I called Steve and he handled the whole issue beautifully. I went from a damaged product to a replacement in 2-days.
My experience has been a high standard of customer service that I thought was a dying with most companies.
No reason to order anywhere else.
