You website was difficult to navigate thru. They search bar was not availble for us to use. It would flash on the screen and then disappear. Holly the CSR was awesome. We had called to see if you carried a particular item..she verified that you did....after not being able to locate it on the website we selected our 2nd choice. She noticed that the order that we placed on the website was not what we originally asked for.She went above and beyond by calling us back and getting the order fixed for us. Thanks Holly!
