My original experience was rather frustrating as I initially received confirmation of my order but when I contacted your service today they had no record of my request. Anyhow today your staff solved my problem and were very prompt in replying to me. Personally I believe $US206 is a fairly expensive visa fee, hopefully our visit to Cambodia will be worth it

I have used the service twice to get expedited eVisas and the process is very streamlined to steps are clear. Communication by phone and email during process is super-responsive. I did have some issues with credit card payment processing, but PayPal option worked fine.

At one stage there were compllications as I tried to purchsse two visas. One a transit for a stopover and the other for 4 days later on. As it is the Kenyan Government policy of only issuing a single entry visa, it made my trip through and to Kenya expensive. A multi entry Visa as is available in other countries would be a good improvement.

I had been warned that getting a visa for Oman on line was difficult but all the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful and I now have my visas
