I had a good experience overall. I found the application a bit confusing - I didn't enter my middle name at first as it didn't seem required. Then I asked using the 'chat' option on the website, the service was prompt and helpful. They fixed my error.
I got an confirmation email saying they had all required info, then a day later more was request on same email chain, so I missed it. I think they should make it very clear whether the customer has met requirements or not regarding application, this delayed my application.
I had to chase up the visa to learn they wanted a photo again, no explanation was given as to problem with first photo. So I don't understand what happened there.
Finally, my visa had the wrong nationality! Not sure how that happened! I was worried, but it was fixed very fast. No problems.
So overall, a good service.
Thanks, my parents are now going to use the same service for the same trip.

I had a very good experience with Asia Immigration Services when my wife and I wanted an Oman visa,the forms are fairly complex and the format that it required on the computer was quite difficult when our computer skills were conspicuous by their absence.
The team guided me through the procedures and were very patient and responsive,I would always use them again.
