I needed a visa in very short notice, unfortunately, my payment was declined 4 times via the website, but using paypal all went through quickly and easily. I paid for the 5 hour rush service as I wasn't entirely confident that the 24 hour service would deliver in time. My visa arrived in 4 hours which was excellent. However, I have to say the cost of the various visas, whether waiting 3 days, 24 hours or 5 hours for processing are incredibly expensive, especially for a very short stay!

The delay between paying and applying for the visa and receiving an email with the visa, was inordinately long. As a customer I felt there had been an issue with the application, frequent communication would help clarify your process.
