Including confirmation boxes for fields like email or passport number will help avoid many mistakes. Including an extra field for the Flight number can be very handy as well. These Visas are only available if you enter the country by air so that would also help in case there is any confusion.
Great that you accept Paypal! It's the only service I found that does it.
