I placed an order on Friday, which I have cancelled in writing (via email) on Saturday, before the item was processed or shipped, requesting a full refund as per Venture Direct cancellation policy, however I have struggled to get any response to my emails, and voicemails left on their call center ( answering machine). The call center doesn't answer any calls, hence the only option given is to leave a voicemail.
I contacted my credit card company today, and they advised me that Venture direct must give me a full refund, as per the Distance selling act. I will give VentureDirect one more day before taking action.

found it a bit hard to navigate around the site and get to the checkout. Also couldn't find a search function so had to manually try to find what I was looking for. Would be useful if lenses stated which cameras they were compatible with.

Your site states that shipment is in 6/8days however it doesn't state that you have to wait 6/8 weeks for your item to be dispatched and then the 6/8 days for your iteam to arrive. I was beginning to wonder if this was all a scam and I'd lost a lot of money! You need to address this for future clients so they don't suffer the stress you have coursed me
