Your prices were slightly cheaper than most others around and having read customers reviews I was confident in buying from you. My new mobile phone arrived in perfect condition after about 1 week and I'm extremely pleased with your service and the product, so I'd recommend this site to friends...

Good value for money. Grey imports but you get what you pay for.

Would appear these are yet another bunch of con artists. Order placed with the site stating the product was in stock and available. 22 days later nothing. Customer service reply to emails (with a pretty generic response) and excuses. Now the product is not only displayed on the site as available (with 2 in stock, there was three a few days ago when I last checked!) and to add insult to injury it's cheaper!! Don't bother with these guys.

i hadn't heard of VB before but it all was good with the options of adding items seleted for your device,,,,, just hope everything arrives to satisfaction?

I ordered an Nikon D5300 camera from Value Basket for the lowest price I could find online on the 19th May and received it yesterday so 20 days from ordering (from Hong Kong - UK ) the item arrived perfectly wrapped and protected and the item is exactly as described.

I was a little nervous after ordering when I saw so many negative reviews, but my experience with Value basket has been good, they update your account on status of your order regularly. I would do business with them again in the future as the website is very easy to use and the items are great value for money.

Quick and easy, hope the delivery goes the same way.

I ordered a camera on 21st may, it was said to be in considerable amount in stock, and it was supposed to be shipped in no loner than 6 days. 8 days passed before they updated information on their webpage that they are facing small delays. I contacted them immediately asking for precise day of dispatch and received email saying - in sum - "we're sorry, will be soon". After trying to call them and having listened to voicemail saying that I should send them an email -- I did so explaining that "will be dispatched soon" is not a sufficient information and I would like to have a phone call with them. They replied that they cannot call me back but they will answer all my questions by email. I asked once more for precise date of dispatch explaining politely why it is important and received no answer. Then I asked for a manager to contact me. No answer. Finally, I asked for a refund and received email promising quick dispatch and offering gratis 8GB USB stick.

I think it is important to mention here that I am from Poland and most of their messages were filled with grammar mistakes that could have been easily made by Google Translator (if you don't know, polish language is quite tricky so it is relatively easy for translating algorithms to make a mistake). Last message, which was a response for me asking for a refund, contained sentences like "Don't let us know your preferences as soon as help us solve a problem" -- translated briefly by me from their poor polish translation.

I asked for a refund again and received reply stating that it was already processed, but today they said it is going to be proceed "soon" and they "will let me know". I do not recommend you to deal with this company. Their service is really poor, contact sounds like automatic replies translated by Google Translate, and it might cost you a lot of nerves. Right now, after reading ton of people's complains on them, I am afraid if I will ever get my money back.
